Abstract Water pollution is still a serious problem in Indonesia. One of the pollutants that contribute to water dye. type dye often used textile industry methylene blue. There are several methods for treating waste, one which ozonation method. Ozonation chemical oxidation process remove color organic dyes. The catalytic can increase ability ozone sewage treatment. catalyst H 2 O decompose into OH radicals. radicals have higher reduction potential than other oxidizing agents. research with aims determine changes concentration dyes, COD and BOD 5 . In testing time (0.15,30,45,60) minutes, pH conditions (5,7,9) total mass (0.2,5,5,7,5,10) % showed longer ozonation, value. more H2O2 used, less dye,
